Giv Development LLC seeks proposals from licensed architectural and engineering firms for design and consulting work on a substantial multi-family development to be located near the intersection of 600 W and North Temple in SLC, Utah. The project may involve a single structure, or multiple structures and will have approximately 150 residential units, the precise mix yet to be determined. The primary anticipated structure will be 4 to 5 stories of wood frame construction on top of one or two stories of above-ground structured parking. A RFP can be picked-up by qualified firms from Chris Parker at 2604 Jefferson Ave., Ogden, UT 84401, or by emailing RFP@givgroup.org. Proposals may be submitted beginning 9AM on August 1, 2012, and will be received until 5PM on August 15, 2012.
